Hooks for exporters like prometheus.

Metrics:

  1. Number of DB Updates
  2. Number of Dirty ChangeListeners
  3. Number of Dirty Replicators

Can this be achieved just by creating views and then having the exporter call the view with a limit=1? This way, exporters for different monitoring backends could be written without making changes to Spiegel.
