debug log is not working on android 10

I love this app it worked very well but recently I have a new android 10 phone, and TTT constantly stopped collecting gps data after some time, though the notification "GPS collecting is active" is always there. I tried to enable the debug log option, but the file /sdcard/ttt_wake_lock_debug.txt was never created.

The version I used is 1.1.48, build 91.

P.S. The phone does not have an external sdcard.
