Since we are 4 people on this project, I think it would be a good idea to have a calendar.
So I created this calendar.

What I want from you is for the beginning to add you free time in the calendar. Free time meaning when you have some time and you can join 30mins-1h to a team call. If we can do this every week would be perfect so we can comunicate better.

Please let me know if you have other ideas. ( We can also use github comments to communicate about specific tasks ).

Comment with "Done" once you updated your free time
