Save FX chain enable switch state independently #1914

I would like the ability to save just the state of the FX enable/disable switch whilst keeping the FX chain unchanged. As far as I can tell saving the FX Chain filter option restores both the switch and the chain plugins. Forgive me if this is already possible. Thanks 🙂
