Suggestion: Only look up the selected text

I, alongside many other Japanese learners, exclusively use sentence cards. It's a bit cumbersome that this addon tries to look up the pronunciation for the whole field every time (which, in the case of sentence cards, never exists). Is it possible to make it so that the addon only tries to look up the selected word?
