PErson and institution in the v2 should remain structurally similar with respect to narrative properties. Logically it would maybe make sense to port this to the agent table.

For now this is WIP, and needs to be fixed before release.

actually i m coming to think that his would better be recorded with the individual act regarding the act_subject as opposed to a general quality o the agent
