Button to add friends of friends to one's friends list.

requires:

edit button determined by WAC #6 "edit button determined by WAC" so that the client can decide if it can edit.
authenticate with WebID #5 "authenticate with WebID" as otherwise the client can't know what the profile page to add the foaf:knows relation belongs to.
