There's some issue with scrollbars (ScrollView) in Select and SelectBox components

Steps to reproduce? Might be interested in helping out with this project, would be good for prototyping apps.

@AustralianAI hey! I really appreciate it. And sorry for such late response.
So the issue happens when you try to scroll by dragging the scrollbar thumb - it doesn't work in Select and SelectBox component. Feel free to ask any questions if you get stuck with something
