In the hierarchical symmetry detection the following can happen:
The first level of symmetry is significant, the second level of symmetry is also significant, but when combining both levels, the symmetry falls below the significance threshold.
In those cases, CE-Symm should report the first level of symmetry only as significant, instead of the current behavior of showing the two levels of symmetry as non-significant.
