Weird character encoding issue for validation errors:

assert(error_message == "'Date of Diabetes Diagnosis' cannot be before 'Date of Birth'")

The corresponding tests in test_patient_form don't seem to have the same issue.

Affected tests:

  • test_csv_upload::test_diagnosis_before_date_of_birth
  • test_csv_upload::test_missing_gp_ods_code
  • test_csv_upload::test_death_date_before_date_of_birth
