Expose karma~ to 'show CPU Usage' double-clicking.

This may not be possible for externals, but when you go into Show CPU Usage and come back out you see a breakdown of cpu use per object.

Like so:

karma~: 0.40% of total CPU
poke~: 0.46% of total CPU
karma~: 0.46% of total CPU
record~: 0.47% of total CPU
poke~: 0.48% of total CPU

For [poke~] and [record~] in that example above, if you double-click in the text in the Max window, it jumps you to the specific object. [karma~] does nothing when you double-click on it.
