When Running User-Integrated CPACS Tools multiple times in a workflow, there is a slight chance of the tool eventually crashing due to the mapping files not found. Despite the tool being often executed before in the same workflow without issues.
This error is not reliably reprodruceable - Rerunning the Tool removes this Error. But when conducting large scale Converger Loops or DOEs, all the prior progress is lost, which is extremly time consuming.
If this error cant be reliably prevented, an option in the tool integration of carrying out a tool run x times again
after tool failure might be a good workaround/alternative.
It is suspected, that the error occurs more often once available hard drive space is relatively low (<20-30 GB).
This may indicate an error occuring when copying the tool to a temporary directory.
