Data coming from VUEX do not clear old data #39

I'm adding nodex using vues.
All works well apart from the fact that when I mutate the state data old nodes and edges to not get removed and I get errors if I try to add nodes with the same name and get the new nodes on top of old ones.
Is something that I'm missing?
