Fix config.rollouts -> config.env_runners deprecation errors.

• Replace deprecated calls to AlgorithmConfig.rollouts with AlgorithmConfig.env_runners.
• Replace deprecated AlgorithmConfig.num_env_per_worker with AlgorithmConfig.num_envs_per_env_runner.
