#Portfolio Issue

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• When changing locale, Portfolio navigation is not working as expected.
• Style for portfolio and contact us are not applied when locale is changed due to change in section id.

Describe the solution you'd like

from: <section class="bg-light page-section" id="{{ site.data.sitetext.portfolio.section | default: "portfolio" }}">
to: <section class="bg-light page-section" id="{{ site.data.sitetext[site.locale].portfolio.section | default: "portfolio" }}">

Add: #portafolio and #contacto in _portfoilio.scss and _contact.scss
