The submission of Purr Logs can be enhanced by making the
measurement sets available to the reader so that they can
reproduce the results.

Some potential solutions:
SCCS data (measurement) repository
data supplied by the purr log submitter
Storing them in the Waterhole

Something I haven't thought of.
