Description

Similarly to the way TIME_CENTROID and EXPOSURE are the effective versions of the nominal TIME and INTERVAL columns, we need FREQ_CENTROID and EFFECTIVE_BW as effective versions of CHAN_FREQ and CHAN_WIDTH, respectively.
