Move On Completed

I'm unable to have the move on complete option work. It will move the torrent from the deluge default location to the one specified for the label but no Move on Complete option is listened to so it stays in the download location.

If i reset the option while the torrent is downloading it will then move to the specified location.

If I unload this plugin and renable the supplied label plugin, that plugin works fine.

Same-

Mine stops working for some labels (randomly?) and then I need to go and uncheck/reenable "Enable download settings" on the label for it to get working again.
