Carthage Prebuilt Release Binary #45

If a prebuilt binary is added to a release, then by default Carthage will pull the binary instead of checking out the code and building from scratch. This can significantly improve CI performance.

It would be nice to add binaries to releases here too. Instructions can be found inside the Carthage README on how to build a binary, then you just attach it to the release.

Hi @jwelton , that's a good suggestion, I don't really use Carthage so I wasn't aware of this. I will add builds to the next release.
