It had been a long time since I last touched this repo, and it might take some time for me to investigate, since I don't have much free time now, sorry for that :((

I just went to the URL https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1x0rkkYRrmtKke1QiN21-0KqLsXc30v16 and found no in-session cookie, only external things. It seems that Google has changed something in the download interface.

Anyway, I would recommend gdrive, since it uses Google Drive API directly, so it's much more stable (especially for scripting)
