Issue in the Join Steps text box

The text inputted in the Join Steps text box are being displayed with the HTML together. See in the screenshot attached.

We have fixed it by copying the text without the HTML, and pasting back without the formatting. After that we pasted the text without formatting in the code view section of the text box too and saved.

It worked at first, but as soon as the client changed the text, the glitch appeared again.
We consider it would be better a definitive solution for that, to avoid these glitches appearing often.
