As Administrator, I would be able to manage and customize the Dashboard style

There is a CSS option in superset. This should be available to administrators

Can you elaborate on this some more? Admins have this option, as you suggested. What else is needed?

Or is this the ticket for all the theming work we're doing?

This ticket is taken from the use cases. As I understand it, it refers to allowing the administrators to override some CSS directly from the UI.

This is available in superset:
superset

So this doesn't require any extra work and the ticket is just here to track the use case.

@nicolaslara could we have an example of CSS template with a short explanation in the documentation?

There is documentation on /docs/guides/working_with_styles_theming.html (addded for #35) about how a developer can change the styles for a particular instance.

This is not the same as the style overrides an admin can add. Any sort of CSS can be added there, but we can document how to make the changes.
