not sure what else to say than the title... ive tried turning off my antivirus and also adding an exclusion, restarting the setup, installing the setup manually AND with the silent installer and it gets stuck on the same place and on task manager the installer is using 0% of my disk and its obviously just frozen.
i couldnt find any help anywhere on the website for this so im hoping someone can give me ideas on what to try

I am having this exact same issue...

Tried installing it to demo Eternal Blue and the installation just keeps failing
