Instance Manager AttributeError when Starting Instance #4

When I tried to start kg2erica around 7:25pm today (6/25), I received the following error:

I attempted it on both WiFi networks available at my house and on both my laptop (a Dell XPS 13 running Ubuntu Linux 16.04 using Mozilla Firefox 77.0.1) and my iPad (an iPad Air 2 running iPadOS 13.5.1 using Safari) (though I only attempted on this device using one of the two WiFi networks).

It this related to #1 ? Thiking this might be a dup of #1?
