Using a Calendar to control a slot's PIN

If you'd like a PIN to be enabled/disabled on a schedule, you can use a calendar to define the schedule.

To create the calendar, use one of the external calendar integrations, like local_calendar, to create your calendar.

When configuring the slots in Lock Code Manager, you will have the opportunity to reference the entity ID of the calendar you want to use for scheduling. The integration will consider a given time as scheduled if there is an ongoing event at that time. If all other conditions are met, then the PIN will be enabled for the duration of any event on the calendar.

Note that you can create separate calendars for all of your slots, or you can use a single calendar across multiple slots, it's up to you!
