Add a wasm binding for a query to get new AddOrder events by their transaction ID

Since we cannot filter AddOrder types by transacton.id (is this possible to configure)? We can add a function that finds addOrders filtered by tx ID, and returns the first one. This allows us to get the order ID to show a link on newly deployed strats.
