remove typeshare

typeshare can be removed now in favor of wasm-bindgen and tsify with the helpers in rain.wasm repo.
this includes removing typeshare from upstream repos as well.

todo:

• - remove typeshare from metadata repo: rm typeshare and add wasm bindgen rain.metadata#62
• - remove typeshare from i9r repo and update its metadata submod to head of metadata repo with above merged: rm typeshare and add wasm bindgen rain.interpreter#308
• - remove typeshare from ob repo and update its i9r submod to head of i9r repo with above merged: rm typeshare #1340
