Safari - open in new tab

Describe the bug
In the settings I checked "Click on a bookmark: Open in new tab", but every time I click on bookmark to open it opens in new window instead of new tab.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on App
3. Select Click on a bookmark: Open in new tab
4. Try to open any bookmark and it will open in new window

Expected behavior
Bookmarks should open in new tab.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: MacOS Sequoia
• Browser Safari
• Version 18.1 (20619.2.8.11.10)
