Wifite Fails on every OS now it appears

Do you have any idea what may have caused this bug?  Guesses are helpful!
I do not!

What operating system are you running? Backtrack 5 R2? 32 or 64 bit?
Blackbuntu? Neither anymore way later in the game I have tried multiple OS's A 
couple Kali Ports and of course Kali 1.1.0 Not getting succsess or ttl's on 
kali and on others get 100+ ttl's in a minute or 2


What version of the wifite are you using?
v2 or the newest

Please provide any additional information below.  A paste of the error is
very helpful!
Cant paste an error that never shows up! I could be wrong but it just seems to 
not work anymore i have tested against many AP's including my own!
