What is needed

• A simple UI that let's teachers edit chatbot settings/parameters.
• Different elements to be included can be found in the Chatbot configurations table: https://rage.github.io/secret-project-331-db-docs/public.chatbot_configurations.html. For example: enabled_to_students, chatbot_name, initial_message, prompt, temperature
