[change request] when bookmarking a tab opened in a container, use that container for the bookmark

The description says it all. If a tab opened in a specific container is about to be bookmarked, it's only reasonable to assume that the same container will be used to launch that bookmark.

Obviously the ability to assign a different container to a bookmark should remain, but the default value will be more relevant if synchronized with the tab container
