When Saving the view area of a map with rotation the specific coordinates for BottomRight.Lat and BottomRight.Lng are incorrect. When saved the map shows the following coordinates for any map saved with rotation.

BottomRight.Lat: 85.0511287798066
BottomRight.Lng: -180.0000000000000
