Baseline combinations

Future CHIME analysis is going to require the ability to deal with linear combinations of different baselines (e.g. averaging slightly non-redundant feeds). This is going to require TransitTelescope to be able to generate transfer functions for generalised combinations of baselines.

In theory this is not too hard, although generating the required combinations efficiently could be a little bit of a pain.
