Excessive Warnings, pip

In several of the tutorials, particularly the cube reprojection ones, there are excessive warnings that we should suppress, especially those about "potentially slow".

Additionally, we now %pip install at the top of each notebook to enable use on google colab. The output of the install should be suppressed, at least in the rendered HTML.
