On-disk cache is high (> 7GB) #663

I just noticed that Radiant is caching a lot to disk, over 7GB in my case.

[~/Library/Caches/com.sajidanwar.Radiant-Player]
$ du -shc *
445M	Cache.db
 32K	Cache.db-shm
2.5M	Cache.db-wal
7.1G	fsCachedData
7.6G	total

Is this a bug?
If not, a preference to limit this would be great.
Can I safely delete any or all of the cached files, or at least the ones in the fsCachedData/ folder?
