Default values for expression tools in a workflow do not appear to actually be set as a default

I appear to be having an issue with rabix composer where I'm setting a default
value for a step in a workflow but when I try to run the workflow on Seven
Bridges I get an error dialog that the value is not set. This appears to only
affect default values for expression tools. Default values for command line
tools appear to work.

Hi @zymergen-mbarton . Would it be possible for you to send an email to SBG support along with the CWL you were working on and perhaps link the draft task that failed validation in that e-mail. That will probably be the fastest way to get a resolution in this case. Thanks!

Hi Kaushik. I don't think I can share this specific project with Seven Bridges. Might be able to create a PoC at a later date.

One data point associated with this is not an issue on my coworkers rabix install but is on mine. I think it would be especially help for issues like these if there were a way to snapshot our environment and share it in a GH issue.
