RabbitMQ 3.8.16 supports forwarding messages to a syslog server?

Does RabbitMQ v3.8.16 supports syslog integration?

I previously had 3.7.4 version and it wasn't supporting syslog integration.

I will convert this issue to a GitHub discussion. Currently GitHub will automatically close and lock the issue even though your question will be transferred and responded to elsewhere. This is to let you know that we do not intend to ignore this but this is how the current GitHub conversion mechanism makes it seem for the users :(

Syslog logging is supported as of #1600, so 3.7.6. There have been several refinements to it since.

3.8.16 is six patch releases behind in the 3.8 series, which goes end of general support in February 2022.
