Goals for this release

1. General code clean up and layout improvements
2. Simplify the builder design to be panel based and self editing
3. Improvements to the code editor
4. Continued work toward simplifying creation of mobile applications
5. Panels to set and save preferences

Edit, Load and save the preferences.lisp file in builder and if does not exist use preferences.lisp.sample

You can now customize the look and feel of the builder

I have decided to call this CLOG 2.0 - this is good starting point for that
For now removed undo for panels
Right click on the file name in sys-browser opens the file
