New features so far, working towards CLOG 1.2

So CLOG 1.2 is already in the works. The goal is mainly correctness and minor optimizations based on so far real world use of CLOG and the construction of the CLOG Builder. I have some major optimizations in mind but there is no rush, particularly since using the builder for initial setup of your GUIs removes most needs for "speed".

So far I have added:

• HTML File Upload - see tutorial 17
• make-hash-table* - use synchronized hash tables - speeds things up a bit
• with-sync-events - you can now opt for non-parallel events for all or portion of your events
• All events have #' removed and replaced with 'symbol when creating events to better take advantage of common lisps ability to compile changes when an app is running. (see tutorial 1)
• Tutorial 3 - updated to better illustrate differences between parallel events and synchronized and use of WITH-SYNC-EVENT
• Tutorial 8 - changed to use WITH-SYNC-EVENT instead of creating a mutex in the app-data

• CLOG-DB-Table - Version of html table that are database connected

With all of that this closes up CLOG 1.2 and will start another discussion when I start on 1.3
