As a user, I want to filter datasets by how they have/can be used.
Spike: Can I search github for tidytuesday and find uses, categorize by week, and then log what functions are called in that script? This search has 4.4k hits. It probably misses some that would be legit, but that might be good enough to get a survey.
Separately: Find the research that was looking into this sort of thing with TT! I think they were already doing something like this!
Beyond getting that data, I'll have to sort out how to translate functions used into more meaningful tags. Probably start collecting tags, and then use this dataset as part of the feature-set to see if I can auto-tag.
