warnings are annoying, why not rename the functions?

Update all references in the code from parse-long to parse-long-with-units and parse-double to parse-double-with-units.

I know everything is working as expected, but receiving these warnings in the process stdout gives the feeling that something is not behaving as expected - and it really isn't, we are forcing to change the behavior of clojure's native function
