An Invalid OAUTH token generates a missing OAUTH token error #58

When the OAUTH token is invalid like "123" the error message says the ENV VAR is missing. It should say the token is invalid.

Unable to replicate, tried setting the OAUTH_CLIENT_ID environment. May only be an issue with azure. Leaving open for now until this is determined
