Does not work properly in Plone 5

Drop-down is not added to navigation tabs of the site. New navigation panel and dropdown menu appear in the top of the page.

Issues with header artifacts still present with final release of Plone 5 (shown in first image below) but by unchecking, "show action tabs" in dropdown menu setup the extra set of menu is gone (as shown in second image). [This is not a bug but more a feature request as plone 5 compatibility is not yet claimed!]
