Section 2.1: Please help us clarify "forgibly" in the sentence below. Does it mean that packets are protected against forgery?

Original:

      Retry packets are (forgibly) integrity protected.

That looks like something I wrote. The meaning is that retry packets are integrity protected, but the integrity protection is forgible, which I think is no longer true? In any case I think we can just cut the parenthetical here.
