The following units have a conversion multiplier of 0:

The following units do not have a dimension vector:

Should we fix all that, or is there a good reason for it?

There is indeed a reason for the zero conversion multipliers. I thought I had documented it somewhere, but I can't find it. The intent is that it is used in cases where there is not a linear conversion.

The missing dimension vector examples seem to mostly be errors of omission.

(so little time...)
