Postinstall script is using pgrep to detect if ncm-cdispd is running. But pgrep (part of procps) is not specified as dependency and may not exist on the host. Probably, the solution, would be to implement a cond_restart in ncm-cdispd and use it in the postinstall script, removing the need for pgrep.
