(Cf #90), it would be useful to have an option that ensures all images have the same height across a layout row, like this:

This doesn't seem doable without additional information from Pandoc, but we might convince them to add this information to the mediabag API.

For our reference, Pandoc now has an open PR that would provide us enough information to implement this.

The PR has been merged. Once we merge the new Pandoc release, we'll be able to implement this.

We have a PR that works in PDF, but unfortunately the situation for the HTML format is significantly more complicated, so we're pushing this.
