On the error screen, pressing the "Send Crash Report" button doesn't give any confirmation #546

I'm not sure exactly what action led me to the "Dang. It broke." Screen. But when you click on the "Send Crash Report" button, there is no message or visual confirmation that it successfully sent the report.

I just ran into this myself after upgrading to v0.5.0 today. After popping open the inspector, it looks like no crash report is actually getting sent at all. When I click the “send crash report” button, I see the following logs in the Electron console:

POST https://crashreports.qri.io/desktop net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
TypeError: Failed to fetch
