在一个post请求结束后，m_checked_idx指向消息体首字节，m_start_line指向收到报文的最后一个字节的下一个字节，两者不相等。
收到下一个get/post请求后，会执行users[connfd].init，m_checked_idx和m_start_line都初始化为0
