个人理解：特征最开始都初始为[K,T,7]的三维零矩阵，然后填进原始点云的特征信息(其实就是x y z r)，特征矩阵的T应该是每个voxel最多包含的点数，有些voxel可能没有足够多的点，所以对应的特征还是初始值零 |
